Designing an interface for a global postal networkToll GroupTake nine platforms using 70 data sources and design a single interface to track all parcels across Toll's network. The UI needed to work for both consumers and B2B customers with thousands of parcels. The ChallengeA digital transformation to combine 9 track ‘n’ trace platforms from 70 data systems into 1 user centred interface. Collaborating with UX designers, BA’s and an agile development team, we were tasked with releasing an MVP of the product. As lead Product Designer, I was responsible for the UI and interaction design. Taking a user centred approach, we prototyped, tested, iterated and built the design over 6 months.Wireframing
